When I worked for an emergency management company in the early 1980’s, we received a visit from Narendra Kumar Jain, Convener of the Joint Assistance Center in New Delhi, India and editor of Disaster Management magazine at the time. Being Americans, we provided him with free copies of our research, Hazard Monthly newspaper, training books, publications, and whatever else we could find that he took back to India to help him deal with natural and manmade disasters in his country.

At the time he said, “Here (U.S.), you have so much private sector involvement. In India, it is a government effort.” That was true then and it is true now. One of the wonders of the civil defense field in the U.S. is that it is the private sector companies, especially insurance and emergency management companies, who get it done, often under contract for the Feds. This brings me to the book The New Maga Deal: The Unofficial Deplorables Guide to Donald Trump’s 2024 Policy Platform by Peter Navarro. Only a vibrant American economy can support a robust American civil defense. This book is a policy outline to achieve that end.

I can’t recommend Navarro’s book enough. Read it, study it, give it as a gift to everyone you know, and support the policies it describes. Doing so will help create the intellectual justification and practical programs to create a magnificent American economy with the resources to educate, train, and create American civilians who can implement robust civil defense. The alternative is the continued decline of the American nation until it is subservient to Godless domestic and foreign communism with the resulting horrors.
