Protecting Females in U.S. Sanctuary Cities
Simple, Practical ways for Women and Girls to Stay Safe in these Abnormal Areas
The Immediate Challenge
Most women will not have to compete in athletics against mentally ill men. But, due to the invasion over the southern U.S. border of over 20 million illegal aliens, most of whom are males, and hundreds of thousands of whom are vicious, hardened criminals and former mental patients (yes, President Trump knows whereof he speaks), crime has increased dramatically in the U.S., especially in sanctuary cities.
Therefore, there is a greater likelihood that large numbers of females in sanctuary cities will have to defend themselves from illegal alien attacks. Until we can remove them, there will continue to be attacks on girls and women in these sanctuary cities and you must prepare if you live there.
The Prism through which I Analyze this Illegal Alien Threat
I grew up in a rough area (North Philadelphia in the 1960’s) and got jumped more times than I can remember, especially when collecting on my paper route for the Philadelphia Inquirer.
To survive, my brothers and I had to learn learn high-level street fighting skills. In other words, we had to learn how to use our fists to survive. Later, as a teen, I studied martial arts and throughout my life I have taught martial arts aware that what works in the gym is not what works on the street. Especially for females.
I’m sorry to even have to be discussing this, but the reality of the brutality of 3rd world crime has arrived here and is now widespread in blue sanctuary cities, even if the blue legacy media will not cover it. This is a large topic and I can only cover a few pointers, like Be prepared and ready to fight back rather than be a victim.
Sadly, the invasion of the U.S. in the past 4 years and it’s criminal impacts on Americans is not over. For the best intel on this fact, follow Michael Yon.
Know You Will Fight Hard to Live Long Before you are Attacked
The most important decision you make before you are ever attacked in one of these sanctuary cities is to decide you will live no matter the cost.
I was jumped by 15 criminals who struck my head with baseball bats in Georgetown the night before Mayor Marion Barry of Washington, DC went on trial. A crowd of over 100 cheered on their assault calling me a “white m*********er!!!” and laughing. Just a fact.
They got the first strike in, but I knew I was in a life and death situation and quickly assessed that if I went down I would die. I thought of my wife and baby and determined I would live no matter the pain of the counterstrike. When I hit back with my head, fists, shoulders, hips, elbows and body (I could not use my legs as they had me against a wall), they were in shock. Given their surprise strike advantage, they were not expecting me to fight back. Given that I had a suit on they thought it would be an easy take down.
Instead, I had a mad few minutes and took 14 of them down. I know from experience that if you are about to be subject to extreme violence, you must accept that fact and act accordingly with greater extreme violence to protect yourself.
Adrenalin is real. It will cover your counterattack pain for a bit. My adrenalin dump came at the VA when the doctor put 56 stiches in my head. Interestingly, when I went back to the VA to have the stitches removed, the doctor said, “That’s why I carry a .45. All the addicts see the doctors bag and they think I have drugs. So, I point it at them and they disappear.”
Never Wear a Pony Tail in the City
Both female and male predators know that if they can grab you from behind by your pony tail they have control of your head and can slam you to the ground to be hurt, raped, or killed. Never give them that opening. Many of these criminals who conduct these sneaky pony tail attacks post videos of them online if you want to research it.
High Heals vs. Sneakers
If you insist on wearing high heals for work, consider keeping them in a drawer at work and wearing sneakers or comfortable walking shoes on the way to and from work. You may need to flee from an assailant. Sneakers or walking shoes make that possible. High heals do not.
Never Walk Talking into your Phone or Looking at your Phone
Predators are always watching for the next victim in sanctuary cities. If you are concentrating on your phone, they identify you as an easy mark. They are going to sneak up on you and steal your phone or assault you. As well, do not wear earplugs that prevent you from hearing criminals approaching. Here are some excellent running tips.
Use Your Voice as a Deterrent
Criminals do not want to be caught. They assess every attack. Your LOUD VOICE can deter them. “BACK THE FUCK OFF!!! DON’T COME ANY CLOSER!!! I AM ARMED AND WILL KILL YOU!!! Say whatever you have to say to stop them and cause them to flee. If you know a foreign language, use it. It confuses them and gives you time to flee. They are very careful to weigh the chance of getting caught. This tactic is especially effective in public.
Trust your Instincts
All females have remarkable “creep meters.” If you get a feeling that something or someone is not right, ACT on that instinct. It is always best to avoid violence BEFORE it happens. If you feel like someone is a creep, they are. Get away from them, FAST.
Weapons
Obviously, a gun is the best weapon to use to even the odds of surviving a street assault by larger and stronger males. Most urban street assaults are within 3 to 6 feet. That makes a .38 an excellent self defense gun for women because it is easy to point, light weight, and easy to fire repeatedly because it does not kick.
There are many variables that come into the decision to carry and everyone must decide for themselves what is best. If you do decide to carry, know that you may use it some day and you must prepare and be comfortable with that life changing decision. That said, a great advantage women have is that they carry purses which makes concealing a self defense hand gun easy.
You have every right to carry whatever weapon you need to stay safe. Women in the Victorian Era used to keep a sharp 8-inch needle in their hair under their hat for self defense.
When I was assaulted in Washington, D.C. my umbrella was a lifesaver. It enabled me to slice at them and eventually put the spokes that were left into the face of their leader when he tried to come in and finish me off.
Explore the full panoply of hundreds of weapons that are available for your self defense and master them. For example, if you decide on pepper spray, practice on a tree to master how to use it and how it projects before having to use it in a street situation.
Know Your Strength
Like many women, my wife’s elbows are sharp like knife blades. She can use them very effectively to take out the eyes, solar plexus, or temple of any attacker. Also, women can use their hip and leg strength to their favor to bend their knees and use their hip strength to throw off an attacker.
Much of martial arts, boxing, and other self defense arts are technique, but as important is to know what you can do and can’t do. And you will be surprised if you work on what you can to strengthen your ability to defend yourself.
Use Deceit to your Advantage
Just before you put your fingers into an attackers eyes, force your fingers into their throat to rip it out or knee them in the balls, look them directly in the eyes and then look away. They cannot help but look away if you do. It is automatic. That gives you the nanoseconds necessary to carry out the counterattack.
And yes, if they are attacking you, rip out their throat or thumb out their eyes. Do what you need to do to survive.
U.S. Sanctuary Cities with Dangerous Soros-Backed District Attorneys Causing the Current Threat
Due to illegal alien and other criminals being released immediately after arrest with no consequences, there is a constant criminal population around females in U.S. sanctuary cities, especially those listed below. If you live in one of them, you need to take measures to protect your safety.
George Soros has funded the campaigns of numerous district attorneys (DAs) across the United States, often supporting progressive candidates focused on criminal justice reform. Below is a list of cities with DAs who have received financial backing from Soros or his affiliated organizations, based on available information up to March 7, 2025.
Note that this list reflects prominent examples and may not be exhaustive, as funding details can vary and some DAs may have left office or faced elections since the data was last compiled. But their horrid pro-criminal, anti-safety policies leave all females in those areas vulnerable.
New York City (Manhattan), NY - Alvin Bragg
Elected as Manhattan DA, received significant funding from Soros-linked groups, including over $1 million for his 2021 campaign.
Philadelphia, PA - Larry Krasner
Backed by Soros with approximately $1.7 million in his 2017 campaign and additional support for his 2021 reelection.
Chicago (Cook County), IL - Kim Foxx
Soros contributed $300,000 to her 2016 campaign and $2 million for her 2020 reelection, second-largest prosecutorial office in the U.S.
Los Angeles (Los Angeles County), CA - George Gascón
Received $4.7 million from Soros-affiliated PACs for his 2020 election; however, he lost his 2024 reelection bid.
San Francisco, CA - Chesa Boudin
Backed by Soros funding, elected in 2019 but recalled in 2022 amid rising crime concerns.
St. Louis, MO - Kim Gardner
Soros provided over $190,000 for her 2016 campaign and additional support for her reelection; she resigned in 2023.
Dallas (Dallas County), TX - John Creuzot
Supported by Soros with significant funding, including hundreds of thousands in recent elections.
San Antonio (Bexar County), TX - Joe Gonzales
Backed by Soros with substantial contributions for his campaigns.
Portland (Multnomah County), OR - Mike Schmidt
Elected in 2020 with support from Soros-linked groups like Real Justice PAC.
Baltimore, MD - Marilyn Mosby
Received indirect support through Soros-funded networks; left office after losing her 2022 primary and facing legal issues.
Boston (Suffolk County), MA - Rachael Rollins
Backed by Soros funding, served as DA until resigning in 2023 to become U.S. Attorney (later resigned from that role amid scandal).
Austin (Travis County), TX - José Garza
Elected in 2020 with Soros support, overseeing a major urban area.
Houston (Harris County), TX - Kim Ogg
Received Soros backing but lost her 2024 reelection bid.
Orlando (9th Judicial Circuit), FL - Monique Worrell
Soros-funded, elected in 2020 but suspended by Governor Ron DeSantis in 2023.
Athens (Western Judicial Circuit), GA - Deborah Gonzalez
Backed by Soros, elected in 2020 but lost her 2024 reelection.
Cumberland County, ME - Jacqueline Sartoris
Supported by $300,000 from Soros via the Maine Justice & Public Safety PAC in 2022.
Fort Bend County, TX - Brian Middleton
Elected with Soros support in 2018, still in office as of recent records.
Contra Costa County, CA - Diana Becton
Backed by $275,000 from Soros in 2018
Milwaukee, WI - John Chisholm
Supported by Soros funding, known for progressive bail policies.
Polk County, IA (Des Moines area) - Kimberly Graham
Received over $300,000 from Soros for her 2022 campaign.
Scope: Soros-backed DAs have historically represented over 70 million Americans, covering major urban centers where crime and justice policies are highly visible.
Turnover: Some, like Gascón (Los Angeles), Gonzalez (Athens, GA), and Ogg (Houston), lost recent elections in 2024, while others, like Boudin (San Francisco) and Gardner (St. Louis), were recalled or resigned earlier.
Funding: Soros has reportedly spent over $40 million through a network of PACs (e.g., Safety and Justice) to influence these races, often providing the majority of campaign funds for his candidates.
Let’s Expect an American Golden Age
My wife grew up on an orchard in West Virginia. Incredibly hard life. But no violence. She was protected by her father, a Marine in the South Pacific in WWII, and her brother, a green beret in the GWOT, but she never experienced any need to be violent. I love that.
When we first started dating and got talking, she could not relate at all to the extreme violence I experienced growing up in North Philadelphia in the 1960’s. I was amazed at how innocent her childhood and life had been on that orchard.
She did not know about the Zulu Nation, 8th and Indiana, or all the other gangs and the gang fights I went through and tried to convey to her. She was innocent. And that innocence is so good. I am praying we return to that innocence, not violence, no wars, and just family fun and Christian holiness for my children and grandchildren.
But I know what I know from 69 years surviving on this planet and am ready for whatever the future holds. Including making sure she knows how to defend herself.
The Fruit of the Orchard
In winter, these trees are not dead.
Their strength lies buried,
ready to burst through when next needed,
like humans in the face of disaster
who rely on spirit to transcend
material barriers and weakness,
to make the transition
from this world,
to the spirit world,
across our artificial divide.
In spring, the earth moves below.
Nutrients flow into underground water
to be leached by root hairs
into the trunks of the apple trees
which bring them up through heartwood
to the baby-like hunger of the branches.
The sun delivers its warmth and energy
while the moon pulls the water forth.
Buds explode into flowers that bees
visit to suck sweet flowing nectar
back to their queen in the hive.
Flowers become small apples
in this season of tectonic rebirth.
In summer, the Orchard Man steps forth
more strongly. Like a general,
he summons his wife and sons
for their wise counsel,
in-gathers family and friends,
marshals tractors, machinery and tools.
Also like a general who feels
the enemy's approach long before
the dust appears on the horizon
He works to prepare for the opening skirmishes
while dreading the battles that follow.
He squints at the sky and knows it is time.
He musters his people, machines and knowledge
to fight off the most ancient enemies of man:
Drought, pestilence, disease, insects, ignorance.
The Orchard Man has seen the fury of war,
in the Pacific in World War II as a marine.
He knows this will be like all the other wars,
and, therefore, fears the expected surprise:
Too much water, too little water,
Too much sun, not enough sun,
Insects and brown rot, hailstorms and lightning,
Floods and drought -- nature's arsenal is endless.
He looks the sky again and curses the weather.
He stands alone and shakes his fist at the sky.
In fall, each row a cathedral of trees
gleams light: Light of pink flowing
through the rose windows
of the golden delicious apple trees,
bowed branch nave to the alter,
the trees yield their fruit
the way God gives us children,
by the unity of seed, spirit,
and organic material blending,
over myriad and passing seasons,
through storms that assault and cleanse;
and animals that eat buds and branches
until the fall comes and the trees
form this cathedral of blinding light
and these trees are alive,
these trees want to be handled tenderly,
these trees demands careful, loving,
selfish love before they yield their fruit.
The hands that love these trees
know how to stroke each twig and branch
tenderly so as to yield all its fruit,
until the storage bins are heavy
and full and lucious with sweet fruit,
and the full harvest brings full measure.
In Harvest, the feast is set before
the Orchard family's spare table.
The families of apples' dance
a ballet of sweet nourishment:
apple sauce sweet rich from the goldens
and johnnies and grannies fills the bowl.
Honey-colored apple juice is poured.
The new baby is fed diced York's
Cinnamon and sugar explode on her tongue
And the fruits of labor, human and divine,
in that very feeding from father to daughter
and from mother to son, ensure again,
the continuance of the eternal plan.
